School Visits
April 17, 2026
8:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m.
NEWTON, April 13, 2026 – Catawba County Board of Education members will visit schools on Friday,
April 17, 2026. School visits are part of the previously approved 2026 schedule.
No business, action, or public comments will be conducted.
The purpose of these visits is an informational tour led by the school principal at each location. Tours will
last approximately 20-30 minutes per location.
Below is a tentative schedule of arrival times.
8:30 a.m. Arrival / Tours Begin
8:30 a.m. Bunker Hill High School
9:40 a.m. Oxford Elementary School
10:25 a.m. Departure / Tours Conclude
Please note that arrival times may vary due to travel.
